Delivery details and Postage

I am currently using Royal Mail for postage however should you prefer a different method of postage please contact me directly. I would be happy to amend my postage. I don’t believe on making money from postage but there are so many different options available these days I simply cannot offer them all at the point of checkout. I would recommend using signed for as even with proof of postage it can sometimes be very difficult to get Royal Mail to re imburse for lost parcels. I am currently monitoring the ratio of these parcels and may have to change my postage to signed for only in the near future.

£4.40 2-3 working days delivery. Signature required. Recommended.

Frequently asked questions

Beeswax doesn’t need to be cured like some other waxes but I do like to allow my newly poured candles to sit for at least 24 hours to harden prior to packing up.

This is slightly different. If you are buying a pre made piece it will go straight out to post but if you have requested a different size or clasp for example, I may have to await supplies. Rest assured I will keep you informed every step of the way.

The simple answer is NO. Beeswax is a premium natural wax. The scent is a subtle honey scent but I don’t believe it needs extras.

There is a page called Beeswax and Candle Saftey and Care. You also get a leaflet with your candle. Should you feel something is missing please let me know. I’m open to suggestions.

Yes. I pour my candle by hand, currently in my kitchen and make my jewellery at home as well. I hope one day to be able to get a therapy room/craft room in my garden. Yes, I am also a clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT practioner.

Let me know immediately. I am very approachable. If it’s damaged goods take pictures for me please. I take pride in making sure my customers are as happy as I can possibly make them.
