Shipping policy

Delivery and Returns policy.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment in full. You will receive a confirmation of your order and a notification when your order has shipped. Should there be any issues involved you will be informed as soon as possible to discuss any necessary amendments to this time frame.

We currently pour to order. This is purely down to a space issues. Beeswax needs 24 hours to cure. Should you purchase any product that needs longer to cure you will be notified of this. Other waxes such as Soy usually need two weeks to get to their optimum scent but can be melted at any time. You will be notified of the pour date if this is requested.  If there are any issues you will contacted you to keep you fully informed.

Cold process soap requires 6 months to cure fully. Therefore, any soap listed for sale will have already been cured. Should you require a certain soap to be restocked the soap will need 6 weeks to fully cure. If you require a special order to be poured a deposit will be required prior to the soap being poured unless it is a general restock. However, even on a general restock we cannot guarantee stock availability unless a deposit is paid in advance.

Shipping

We currently use Royal mail for delivery. Delivery charges will be added at checkout. Should you require a courier or different method of postage please feel free to contact us to discuss options. Rainbows End Creations does not believe in making money on hidden postage charges so are very happy to discuss to get the best deal for you. Additional insurance is also available should you require it. Should you require tracking then a tracking number will be supplied.

Please be aware once delivered to Royal Mail there is nothing that can be done regarding their delivery schedules. Royal Mail will not discuss missing parcels until 10 working days have passed. Should there be an issue with the condition of your delivered ordered PLEASE take photo’s and/or video’s so they can be used  with any communication with Royal Mail. Also provide any details you have such as order number to allow your information to be recovered in a timely fashion to expedite this issue as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Local delivery

Should you live close to us (Welling/Bexleyheath/Plumstead area) please contact us to discuss the possibility of collecting from us directly. Should you require a local delivery in this area this may be possible

for orders over £10.  Please be aware this service is not always available and is subject to withdrawal.  Please contact me to discuss.

International Shipping

I do not currently ship outside of the UK.
